Our honey is raw, cold-extracted, and only passed through a light double-layer mesh filter to remove large hive debris like beeswax, bee parts, and propolis chunks — it retains all its natural pollen, enzymes (amylase, invertase, glucose oxidase), and trace minerals. We never heat above 40°C, never pasteurize, and never blend with HFCS, rice syrup, jaggery water, or any other sweetener. The only ingredients in our honey are: honey.
