Understanding Crystallization: Proof of Raw Purity
Many customers believe that honey that crystallizes (turns solid or cloudy) is fake or contains added sugar. In reality, the opposite is true. Crystallization is a natural, organic process. Raw honey containing natural pollens and high glucose content will naturally crystallize over time, especially in cool temperatures. Processed commercial honeys do not crystallize because they are heated to high temperatures (destroying enzymes) and ultra-filtered under pressure to remove all bee pollen. If your raw Kashmiri honey solidifies, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (below 45°C) to liquefy it. Never microwave raw honey.

Floral Migration
Beekeepers place hives in specific organic valleys during blooming seasons (e.g., Sulai blossom in late summer).
Hand Extraction
Honeycomb frames are uncapped manually, and the honey is extracted using a hand-cranked centrifugal extractor.
Gravity Filtration
The honey is passed through a simple mesh strainer to remove wax particles, retaining all organic bee pollen.
Glass Bottling
Bottled directly into clean glass jars, without pasteurization, blending, or chemical additives.
